Efrem DeHughes is a Psychotherapist licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Texas with over 20 years of experience in a variety of settings and diverse clients including both long term and short term interventions. He graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and graduate degree in Social Work.

Efrem began working in the field of public service at the Job Corp, of San Diego, CA
in the early 2000 as a Residential Dorm Advisor. Efrem has prior Military Service, as
an Army Combat Medic. He has worked in the field of social service as a residential advisor, childcare worker, case manager, CNA - certified nursing assistant, treatment house parent, client coordinator, co-occuring/dual diagnosis Individual counselor/group facilitator, social work supervisor, and psychotherapist/clinical social worker.

His years of experience in the public service arena includes working within the field of children and families, veterans, substance abuse/addictions, homelessness, mental/behavioral health, and within the criminal justice systems.

He is a member of NASW, and has participated extensively with various volunteer projects within the community.
